Following on from completing his law degree and post-graduate qualifications, Andrew decided to specialise in Employment Law and now has over 9 years of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Since joining CoLaw in 2014, Andrew has successfully represented many clients in Employment Tribunal claims which has resulted in employers seeing the benefit of having services like ours at CoLaw in place. Rebecca Winters

HR Administrator

Rebecca joined CoLaw in 2017 as a HR Administrator. She holds a first-class degree in Forensic Science. The skills she has obtained from this degree and brief stint working in the forensic sector means that she is an expert task juggler and super organised with meticulous attention to detail. This comes in extremely handy when she is reviewing and updating clients’ handbooks and contracts of employment (or covering up a murder scene!). When she is not babysitting the Consultants, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking (greatly appreciated by the office!), yoga and dancing.
