Employment Legislation and HR support, guidance and advice.
Unlimited day-to-day HR & Employment Law advice via telephone or email.
Reassurance of legal compliance and best practice at all times.
New drafts or updates to Contracts of Employment.
Tailored Employee Handbooks for your business.
A review of your discipline policy.
The supply of specific formwork.
Employment Tribunal Claims (subject to additional charges).

This package includes our HR Essentials package plus:
Regular on-site visits to maintain a proactive attitude towards any ongoing employment issues.
No limitations on the amount of advice given / needed.
Redundancy & T.U.P.E advice.
Drafting of bespoke day-to-day HR letters & legal documentation.
Drafting of bespoke day-to-day correspondence and emails.
Detailed guidance on conducting any formal HR meetings.
Regular reviews, edits, re-drafts or new Contracts of Employment, when needed.
Tailored Employee Handbooks for your business.
Draft bespoke policies & procedures in line with your business aims & objectives.

This package includes our HR Classic package plus:

Up to 1 day on-site or remote consultancy per annum to deal with complex employee matters
Up to 1 day or 2 half-day training sessions per annum
10% discount on additional training or consultancy

HR Exclusive
This package includes our HR Premium package plus:
Assistance in carrying out an annual employee survey to help improve retention and employee engagement
Recruitment support to help create job specifications; assist in posting and advertising roles; and assist in screening candidates for up to 3 roles per annum
Creation of a ‘People Strategy Plan’
Attendance at an annual board meeting to present on people strategy, succession planning, and engagement and retention
