Senior HR & Employment Law Consultant
Senior HR & Employment Law Consultant
Following completing his law degree and post-graduate qualifications, Andrew decided to specialise in Employment Law and now has over 9 years of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Joining CoLaw in 2014, Andrew has successfully represented many clients in Employment Tribunal claims which has resulted in employers seeing the benefit of having services like ours at CoLaw in place. When he takes off his legal hat, Andrew is always spending time with his family (which does involve the odd trip to Peppa Pig World).
Kickstarting her career off in an internal core HR role in a law firm, Sian moved to CoLaw in 2017 and completed her CIPD. Sian’s knowledge and experience has expanded greatly which resulted in a promotion to Senior HR & Employment Law Consultant in 2020. Sian very much considers herself a ‘people person’ and advising clients on employee relations comes naturally to her. When not talking all things HR and Employment Law, Sian enjoys travelling to Italy and outdoor activities, especially ones that can include her dog, Luna.
Louise has over 15 years’ experience working as an Employment Law specialist. She loves nothing more than being able to tell you which specific section or regulation, from any given piece of legislation, applies to the particular problem she is dealing with. Her favourite elements of her role as a Senior HR & Employment Law Consultant at Colaw include delivering training and working as a mentor. When she’s not citing legislation, she loves to bake sweet treats and cakes with (or preferably without) the help of her children.

Steve is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and comes with a wealth of experience. Previously working at senior level for major UK, European and American companies including the aerospace and pharmaceutical industries, his experience in Employment Law and HR has provided him with the essential knowledge to pass onto and benefit clients. Steve established CoLaw in 2002 and has not looked back since. When he takes a break from doing what he does best, you will usually find him travelling or getting involved in his favourite activity – pilates!
Rebecca joined CoLaw in 2017 as the HR Administrator. She holds a first-class degree in Forensic Science. The skills she has obtained from this degree and brief stint working in the forensic sector means that she is an expert task juggler and super organised with meticulous attention to detail. This comes in extremely handy when she is reviewing and updating clients’ handbooks and contracts of employment (or covering up a murder scene!). When she is not babysitting the Consultants, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking (greatly appreciated by the office!), yoga and dancing.
