Retained Services

Employment Law is something which requires a bit of maintenance. Basic Compliance Package

Basic by name, but not by nature - our first retention package gives you a flexible level of support and cost. This package includes legal and compliance

consultancy on contracts, plus disciplinary and grievance procedures. You’ll also receive a documentation pack of relevant forms including an application form, an absence form and a leavers form among others. The Basic Compliance Service is the ideal legal package for new

 businesses and start-ups.

Small Business Service

As the name suggests, this retainer service package is perfect for small businesses. You’ll be given access to one of our expert consultants, who’ll guide you through the world of employment law. You’ll get everything the Basic Compliance Service offers, plus a full employment legislation health check to establish a baseline. You’ll also be given a direct phone line for advice and assistance on everything involving Employment Law and HR.

Corporate Service

Our most thorough retained service. You’re given continuous guidance and support by CoLaw’s expert consultants, focused specifically on your business. You get everything seen above in the first two services, plus regular on-site visits to maintain a proactive attitude towards any ongoing employment issues. We’ll draft up any documentation to be sent out to employees. We will help to support you in dealing directly with HR issues. Advising on a vast array of matters.
